I think that we can safely eliminate Fitzgerald. Eifert might have the most reliable production, but I'd feel more confident being able to find high-level TE points during the season than WR when you have great WR options.

That leaves two out of three of Watkins, ARob, and Allen. Watkins has the best talent, and KA might have the most upside in PPR. And ARob just doesn't seem trustworthy.

Taking into account the upside of Watkins and KA and downside of ARob, all signs point to Watkins and KA as your keepers. For me, it wouldn't be a hard choice.

Watkins and ARob.

Yeah I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping Watkins. ARob should be at LEAST a Wr2 next year, right?? Haha yuck. Keenan Allen definitely is the safest, barring injury of course.

Voted Sammy and Arob, although could easily swap KA for either, like Allen but as he hasn't finished the season the last 2 years I opted to pass on him

Allen and Arob. Like K.Allen Walkins is proving to be injury prone. His targets are below what K.Allen and Arob draw on a per game basis. Because it is PPR I'm going with K.Allen as the best on this list risks aside.

Fitz showed father time wrong and had another good year numbers wise, but to keep him in hopes he does the same next year (and miss keeping a keeper to keep for multiple years as next will probably be Fitz's last) isn't worth the risk

I get keeping ARob and assuming he will not be nearly as bad next year as he was this year, but I wonder since he was so bad this year if you could not get better value by dropping him and attempting to redraft him later than normal because everyone is so down on him. Is this a possibility? If that is the case, I go Sammy and Allen.

(I could also feasibly see people making the same argument for KA since we haven't seen him play this year, but if I could only guarantee keeping one, I would want the one having Rivers throw him the ball instead of Bortles).
