It would have to be super deep league but if I to choose Cooper but don't think either matters until team changes

Pharoh Cooper is a super-buy low. I own him everywhere, and would say that he is a phenomenal football player. Metrics crowd shuns him. Don't add him to your Olympic squad, but surely add him to your football/fantasy team.
Just a guy who loves fantasy football - specifically defense.
