Survivor Discussion: Week 3
Survivor Discussion: Week 3
Plays I sorta like at first glance...
I think Tampa Bay plays better coming off this embarrassing loss, much like their opponents the Rams did this week, who I can see a big letdown from going on the road here.
Also like Arizona to keep rolling against Buffalo, although that will be the chalk play it looks like.

Survivor Discussion: Week 3
Arizona seems like the most obvious. Buffalo is a train wreck.

Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
I can't see me taking a home team this week, although Miami and the Giants are tempting, but with the regular caveats.
How about Pittsburgh going into Philly? Not a big road trip, and a far superior team...

I'm going Carolina. Not a popular pick I'm sure, but I feel pretty confident about it and want to go against the grain this week. I think we see a lot of people eliminated.

You'll likely have Carolina all to yourself as they were heavily selected last week. I think you're right, though - this week promises to be a survivor bloodbath.Friction wrote:I'm going Carolina. Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
MIA against Kessler is pretty juicy
Nobody has mentioned SEA at home vs. the 49ers

Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
I like Miami at home. Especially with Parker now back. They should have no issues passing all over Cleveland and with Kessler playing I don't see them keeping up. Seattle is a good one but I used them week 1
Also, I think Dallas at home is a good one. They've moved the ball well and the Bears d is no bueno. Bears offense isn't scary enough.
Oh and Saints at home on MNF hello!! Load up all the Brees stacks possible.

Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
Caveat, though...it's Miami. I'm not saying it's not a good play, but I wouldn't feel secure about it.

Agree with this, and I'd even expect to sweat it out, but Cleveland is not good, and they are actually getting worse.Dookmariot wrote:Caveat, though...it's Miami. I'm not saying it's not a good play, but I wouldn't feel secure about it.
Re: Survivor Discussion: Week 3
Seattle almost lost to Miami and just lost to STL. I wouldn't be so quick to immediately slot them in. Rather see Russell Wilson get in a groove first before I trust Seattle.
Miami should win vs Cleveland if Kessler is starting but it will probably be a sweatjob because they suck too.
Matty Ice is playing well this year, I wouldn't touch NO/ATL on monday. But definitely in DFS load up on players from both teams. But I've noticed over the years when these two teams play in primetime one of the QBs tends to bleep the bed, but maybe that's Thursday games, I don't remember.

I'll probably roll the dice with Miami. Wouldn't want them any other time this year I don't think. May as well use em. They lose...well, so be it. Cleveland with a mediocre rookie in his first game is as good as it gets. Previously I thought McCown was still in..,
