Is there a free site or a tricky way to make fantasy football helmets? Did some searching and found many premade helmets and a video to make them which did not seem to work anymore?

Also, is there an easy way to make an avatar small enough with the correct dimensions for the site? Everything that I try to upload has dimensions that are too large.

I use http://www.mghelmets.com/ unless one of my leagues has a member that is far more artistic than I am.
