Take Ingram, especially looking at your team. He will help you out a lot on the RB side since you lost Lynch. White will be good but he would be a substitute on byes vs your other starting WRs. I'd be happier knowing I've got the starting back.

In a vacuum, White. But I understand why you're asking with your roster and the starting requirements of your league.

If you go Ingram, I think you should be able to get something fairly valuable thrown-in.

I'd also wait on this...who knows if New Orleans adds an RB in the draft. Kevin White seems like a safer bet to hold/gain value over the summer while they hype builds.

I was leaning Ingram, but seeing that there are a minimum of 20 starting RBs solidifies that opinion.

I thought this too. He is a 7th overall pick and should be primed for a breakout. Don't doubt him!!

I think it's easy to prefer the WR in a ppr setting, but I actually prefer Ingram right this second. He has proven to be very capable of being a pass catching back, and he has less competition this year unless they draft someone (I'm not afraid of Spiller). And even if you don't like that he seems to get hurt all the time, keep in mind that White is fresh off missing an entire year with an injury himself, which also means he hasn't proven anything yet and his value is 100% based on speculation at this point.

This is a tough one for me. Probably because I too own White and want to see what he can do. But given that you're pretty much rolling into the season with only CJA and Lacy at RB and lack the picks to add much through the draft I think I'd have to go with Ingraham here. Then hope that Permian's knee issue is behind him and Baldwin has another year comparable to 2015. Losing Martavis was a bad blow for your squad in 2016.

And, like so many players before him White could turn out to be a dud. Getting a decent return for him in the form or Ingraham makes sense for your team from my perspective.
