why can't people respond to my PMs

they tell me that it says that I can not send me PMs when they try to respond. Almost sounds like I have it blocked or something. Not intentional. Do you know how to unblock or fix it??

Go to user control panel and board settings and verify that the setting is enabled that allow you to receive PMs.
