I don't have a list, but off the top off my head....

Donny Avery
Keenan Burton
Jerome Simpson
Josh Morgan
DeSean Jackson
Devin Thomas
Malcom Kelly
Earl Bennett
Limas Sweed
Jordy Nelson
Early Doucet... I think
James Hardy, if he is still in the league next year
There are more, but that is all I can think of off the top of my head.

I don't see a lot of good targets in there except Devin Thomas. Desean is already too expensive and limas sweed is hosed due to wallace being so good. Morgan might turn it around and may be a free agent in a lot of leagues.

Mario Manningham
Steve Johnson, Buffalo. He'll be PPR WR3/4 in 2010, and become in time the player they drafted Hardy to be- a big red zone target with good hands.

Not that there is ever a time where you shouldn't be looking to buy low on guys, but I remember reading a study that showed that there is a misconception that WR's generally make their biggest strides in Year 3. In actuality, year 2 marks the year when WR's generally see their biggest improvement.

I think year 3 is where the real "breakouts" happen. But I'm sure I could be convinced that year 2 has a bigger % boost for most receivers numbers.

My favorite targerts so far:

Eddie Royal (hes too good to be this bad)
Devin Thomas
Josh Morgan
Pierre Garcon

One ive had my eye on is Lavelle Hawkins, Titans, more of a hunch type, and V.Young got plenty of 2nd team work with him early in the yr, and has already showed at least some signs of life lately.

Year 2 is typically the time to buy, which is right now.

WRs usually take a stride forward in year 2, which from a percentage improvement compared to their rookie year can be bigger than year 3. But, most don't become fantasy startable until year 3.

The BEST time to buy sometimes is going into year 4 though if they don't blow up in their 3rd year, especially for guys who entered the draft really young or switched positions to become a WR sometime in college or entering the NFL.

He's caught something...
"Something is going on with Sweed that the Steelers don't want made public. "I will say this: It's a non-football illness. He has our full support. Anything else I say will be in regards to protecting his privacy," Tomlin said. Sweed has been placed on the reserve/non-football injury list, ending his season. "

i've got avery, caldwell and thomas on my roster, hoping one of them will have a big season in 2010. veterans roddy white, sidney rice, miles austin and rooks massaquoi and hartline round up my WR corps.

i'm feeling good about it going forward.

Out side of DeSean Jackson it's not much of a class.
Concentrate your resources on the class of 2009.
