Where should i draft Devy players?

i'm in a league where we are having a startup draft that includes our entire roster and up to 5 devy spots. I was just wondering at what point in a startup draft would you take a devy player (like Fournette?)

Assuming it's a 12 team 1QB PPR league I would probably draft someone like Fournette or Cook or Ju-Ju Smith ariund the 6th or 7th round. Looking at the rankings I would rather have one of those guys than someone like Devante Adams or Devin Funchess which is where those 2 guys are being drafted. But I would only draft an elite devy player there. The other devies would depend on who's left on the board. Probably round 13 or 14 or so. Depends on your tiers of current NFL players and devy players.

Difficult to answer. Devys in a start up draft would probably be the cheapest you can get them. For example, in one of my rookie/devy combined leagues, the Leonard Fournette owner wont move him unless I give up Randall Cobb, Donte Moncrief, AND a 2016 1st round rookie/devy pick (1.11). I thought that was absolutely crazy.
Getting Fournette/Chubb/etc from any of their owners would be like trying to buy an elite level asset with a ton of risk.
