Lewis for Miller?

Team in sig. Was offered Miller for Lewis straight up.

Call me crazy but I'm leaning the Lewis side both due to more trusted situation and his talent.

That's a tough one for me. I have Lewis on a contender and probably wouldn't give him up for Miller. But I couldn't argue anyone who did. Lewis getting the majority of snaps and a 2 year extension kind of eases the NE concerns

Lewis for me also. Miller has kind of been a disappointment thus far. Not sure the ceiling OR the floor is as high with Miller anymore

Like I said because he had 3 good games in his career I mean he can be good but I'm not paying a guy that was a 3rd round startup before the year after 4 games , Miller played some really good run Ds and was banged up he is only 24 avg. 5.1 ypc on a bad OL last year if he leaves Mia. next year he could end up in Dal. or anyone with a better line .. Miller is a every down back in Mia. right now and Lewis is in a RBBC you Blount is getting most of the carries and goal line work , Now with a new coach in Mia. and talks about R.Matthews getting traded to Dal. for a OL man I wouldn't give up on him yet they havent ran the ball at all got Tanny passing 50 times a game

even with blount back and healthy dion lewis was still on the field the same amount of snaps as miller was. that compounded with the fact that patriots will have the lead and likely look to run clock give lewis more touches than your normal rbbc guy. tannehill wont stop throwing it 50 times cause the dolphins suck and are gonna be playing catchup. i think lewis at this current time is better. but if dude came to you asking for miller it means he thinks miller is better so you gotta get a little more than straight up here. miller side but ever so slightly based on perceived value

I think the combination of them getting rid of gray, not being in the doghouse after a fumble in both of his first 2 games, a 2 year contract extension, and being a runningback that catches passes in a brady offense. Not sure miller has done anything that special to make me put him far and beyond better than Lewis.

Lewis has looked like a pretty electric player with the ball in his hands, it's harder to gameplan for a player like lewis which should make him a more consistent fantasy producer. As knotts stated above, I would say miller has more perceived value; but I would take lewis over miller. For me it looks like lewis' value is only going to go up and its looking like miller is trending down, especially facing the bills and jets d 2 times each every year lol

I was just thinking I don't really want the next Vereen that is going to be a RB 30 type player that is going to get 5-8 carries , 4 catches , 60-80 total yards over a every down back , You are right he does have to play the Bills and Jets 2x each but I kinda think Lewis does to right ? ..

And Knotts is right he did have more touches and yards last game but big difference between going against Jac. and the NYJs
