Qb trade in a 2qb league

I have a cowboy homer who's been trying to deal for Tony Romo since the end of the season last year. I'm in a 12 team ppr dynasty league, you can start 2 QBs, 2-5 rbs, 3-6 Wrs, 1-2 TEs,a kicker and a punter (11 total)

He's offering me CJ Anderson, Alex Smith, and a 1st for Romo. I have 2 aging QBs, (3 if you include romo). Do I make the deal or counter?
