Team F - doing a strip down and rebuild for 23

TLDR: Sold Amari Cooper, got back 23 2nd/3rd/4th & Wandale Robinson

I shopped Amari Cooper to EVERY owner and got almost no interest. Nobody would pay a 1st. One guy would sell me Jameson Williams IF I added a 2nd

Couldn’t get any interest from the owners of Bateman/Aiuyuk/Eli Moore/etc

Was ready to just absorb his points and keep him for the long haul, but then eventually sold him for a grouping of picks and W Robinson. Given that it’s a very deep IDP league and it’s SF & 2TE, even the 3rd & 4th round picks carry very real value.

So, it’s not as much as I wanted but I’m ok with it

I went after Cooper in a similar league where I had issues with my 4th starting WR spot and poor depth. Offered a 2nd, youth and later picks to a team with a bad record but potentially higher aspirations. They rejected, countered with the same players, yanked the picks for a 1st. And that was pretty much the end of that.

You shouldn't feel like you got a bad deal.

Amari definitely gonna end up retiring on my roster barring a random good deal like the one I got for Julio and Cooks in the past.

He's just a solid WR for a competitive team. I don't even start him that much but it's nice to have that kind of depth
