I’m not sure if i hate this trade or if I love it.

Nice to see a deal actually go down for the 1.01. So many opinions on the value but few examples of actual trades.

I like this trade a lot from both sides. 1.01 gets his guy (and you have to pay for that). Walker side gets a weekly starter plus what is still going to yield an elite rookie prospect.

Will be interesting to see if this trade is about on par for the price tag on the 1.01 or if it ends up looking light. I don't think we'll see much cheaper than this. But it could be close to spot on.

Hmm, you may if something happens to Mahomes or Allen. Now, I’m not saying I wouldn’t have made this deal-it’s about the best you can hope to get for Geno most likely at this point. But I’m not sure I’d be counting on AOC being a starter in the league next season.

I wouldn't want to count on Geno long term either. Ones of those deals where you let the market decide which player you sell

That seems very light for a starting QB in SF

Geno's going to be starting for a few years even if SEA moves off of him. He's an above average starter in this league. I'd value him significantly higher than AOC
