Should ETN owners and people looking to catch lightning in a bottle be targeting him as a buy low right now before ETN may get nicked up like all RBs eventually do?
Price dependent, but yes. If I owned ETN, I'd want Bigsby as a handcuff. Feels very likely in the event of an ETN injury that Bigsby is a top-12 option at RB week to week. ETN owners have a heavy investment in ETN so I'd want the insurance. Feel the same way about Walker/Charb, CMC/Mitch and Bijan/Alg.

If I owned ETN I'd send a 2nd for Bigsby. I'd sleep better that way and not worry too much about who I missed out on with the 2nd.
Idk man. Tank looks like a JAG.
Doesn't matter if he's a JAG. If ETN goes down, basically 100% of the workload goes to Tank. If that happens he's a top-12 option at RB. It's a function of volume and the state of the position. Right now Pacheco is RB12 and Brian Robinson is RB13. I'll take Tank w/ no ETN over that!

Making a handcuff argument. That's all.

True. But all that's left is Hasty and Johnson.

Sounds like you don't think handcuffing ETN is worth it. That's fine. Your call, your team.

Ah, the transitive property. It usually works so well in fantasy.

I never said that though lol just pushing back on the assumption that Tank gets 100% of the RB work if ETN goes down. We don't even know if he would be the starter in that scenario and many other teams go full RBBC once their starter goes down.

Hard disagree. Both those guys pass the eye test on film. Tank has looked bad in his albeit limited opportunities. He absolutely has value as a handcuff, but top 12 is a lofty expectation.
I mean yeah this is dynasty; backup RB and 3rd stringers are already rostered. I never said he wasn't worth handcuffing. Just crazy to assume that he gets 100% of the workload and is a top 12 guy just because you don't like Pacheco or BRob

Tank hasn't shown that he's better than Hasty or Johnson and surely not enough to warrant all the touches without ETN.

I'm in agreement with you Jigga, sorry for the confusion. Disagreed with the quoted text you replied to.

I'm pretty surprised you guys are saying that Bigsby wouldn't see a very heavy workload if ETN went down. I'm betting the other way.

I am not saying he won't. Maybe he will. We have seen nothing that would suggest that though.

What are you willing to pay for Tank if you own ETN?

Not really a ringing endorsement haha

This is really why I asked the question.

How confident should we be that he's "the guy" if ETN were to go down?

Bigsby hype vs first 5 weeks have been a disappointment, especially if you drafted him over Spears for example!!

Even as a backup I would rather own others like Warren or Dowdle.

I'm not convinced that
1) Bigsby wlll be THE undisputed new starter
2) that Bigsby as starter will be effective.

I like Bigsby, but I'm on the doubtful side that he's the guy. I might be wrong, but the guy doesn't have any flash.
