So so true! I wanted to get some shares of Williams, but didn't pull the trigger one time. Regrets? I've got a few.

He was drafted in the 1st round, 7th overall. He's flashed in the past (so the skill/talent isn't out of nowhere). The Chargers finally moved on from Rivers who couldn't throw downfield his last two years with the team. Their current QB is one of the leagues top talents at the position. The team and Herbert trust him and are scheming him more production, which they said they were going to do. He's in his 5th year, and hardly got any reps his first year. IMO the lost 1st year, subpar QB play years 2/3, and his injuries have turned a standard 3rd year breakout into what we are seeing now. If he stays healthy, I think with Herbert he's a top 10 WR going forward.

If you are rebuilding and looking to move him, I wouldn't sell until playoff time to a contender to guarantee it's a high 1st round pick. Otherwise, hold strong and watch as your patience with him pays off. I bought him with a late 1st after his 2rd year and seeing some of the numbers on him. Yes he excels at contested catches, one of the best in the league at it, but he also routinely gets separation against man coverage, and is showing this year he can find the soft spots in a zone as well. He's the truth imo.

I got offered a 1st for him two weeks ago and the trade is still there. It was 1.9 then (based on record) and now sits at 1.3. The owner is 2 losses from 1.1 and two wins from making the playoffs.

What is the etiquette on taking trades that haven't been revoked? Is it fair to accept?

I vote fair, if they want to send out trade offers and not cancel them after a certain period of time that is on them. Plus 2 wins from playoffs could net you 1.12

In a redraft of randos, definitely see accepting. In a dynasty, or league of friends, the relationships are important for future trades. In those case, I communicate I'm gonna accept a trade if it's been hanging around. I like this angle, too.
