Draft Rookie Picks, but not the Rookies themselves. IE Drafting the 1.01 2014 Rookie pick like if it was a player in the startup.

24 teams split into 2 conferences each with its own draft. Top 2 teams meet in the Championship game. We just completed the first 35 rounds and the draft is paused until June 1st to begin the rookie drafts.

I drafted the Detroit Lions. My strategy was more focused on drafting a team that would compete for the championship in years 2-4. My team is solid for the initial year and maybe with some luck and good in season management I might be about to finish near the top but I expect to do much better as some of these young guys grab a hold of starting positions.
