My prediction is all the Ruggs haters will start to tap out this year when he breaks out as the new #1 Wr for the Raiders.
He has already but on weight and has taken the off season seriously working out with Deon Hodges.

Unless this is a big league, bad luck on BYE, or have lots of injuries I don’t see you starting either this year. I would probably prefer flier picks from other teams.

I guess I'd take Ruggs...knowing he's more likely a future cut than a future start, but just hoping he makes professional strides in development and that speed pays off.

Ruggs has always been too much John Ross for me. So I go with Edwards.
