1.03 for Multiple 1sts

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Unless you love a player at 3, I think this is a great deal.

This. I'm shocked people are suggesting otherwise. You move back 3 spots and pick up TWO future firsts?? Dude, this is a no brainer.
Me too. After Najee and Chase, I am not betting on what order the next guys go. But if Smith is the guy you must have, then stay at 1.03 but that is the risk of falling in love with a player.

This is too good to pass up, especially with all those other 1sts. And I’d be looking to move Herbert (or Burrow). You don’t need both (with Rodgers) in a 1QB.

This is the kind of trade I dream of getting. He is giving you 2 additional firsts, to move feom pick 3 to pick 6. Smash accept if I have ever seen one. It is possible you could get the guy at 6 that you would have taken at 3.

If I know I can't get Chase at 1.03, I do this easily. That is considerable value to drop 3 spots.
I am just a guy sharing some thoughts

I was surprised to see people suggesting holding the 3 spot. You get your guy at 1.02, then you'll have 6 7 and 8 and then 2 more future 1sts to go with all your other future picks.

If it goes Chase, Smith. I'd assume Harris and ETN will be 3, 4. Then one of Pitts, Lawrence, Waddle, Bateman, Williams will go at 5 and you get your next 3. Seems like a solid plan to me

Good posts.

I totally agree. Especially in this draft. You move back 3 spots, still get a good rookie, and pick up two additional 1st's. And it's not a dig at you OP, but in general it's a pet peeve of mine when people declare where future picks are "going" to fall.

You, me, and everybody else have no CLUE where draft picks are going to fall in the future. Key injuries strike teams every year (real and fantasy teams). When you have to endure a couple of them? Your whole season can fall apart. A team with Dak, Saquon, and Courtland Sutton as key pieces probably didn't fare as well as most would have expected in 2020. It happens.

Make the deal.
