You crazy people and your 3QB leagues. That just seems like no fun to me.

8 team league? how would that even work? Glad to see you threw conventional rankings out the window to prioritize getting NFL starting QBs and holding onto them for dear life

Yeah 8 teams 3 QB, 3 RB, 4 WR, 2 SF and 2 TE

I took it over and only had two QB's Wentz and Winston then I drafted Watson, Mahomes and Kizer last year. Got really lucky when some moron cut Luck week 9 last year. Other keepers will be Zeke, D Cook, M Evans, Cooper and then a toss up for my last spot. Either Mixon, D Henry or T Hill.

As expected Barkley went 1.01 in our pre-NFL Rookie draft.

What was not expected was who went 1.02 - but I'll leave that for clarion contrarion to discuss when he posts the results of the draft later on ...

Can't be more surprising than my league having Marlon Mack get drafted at 1.4

I was stoked, as I had 1.5 and 1.6 and that now meant I got both Mixon and Cook

WTH seriously how does that owner feel about that pick now? I mean Marlon Mack obviously he could turn it around but?

Pretty sure that owner doesn't care - because that was a clueless decision to begin with. Lots of leagues have "that guy." Exhibit A!

Eh I don't see an issue with Mack at 1.04. Yes, you should try to trade down at that point to get value and the guy you want, but if you can't find any takers or think someone else might poach your guy, then go get him. Hindsight is 20/20. What if he'd reached for Kamara at 1.04 instead? I've reached for guys and both hit and missed. Part of the game.

This guy also had the 1.8, 1.9, and 2.6 (from me for the 1.3 where I took Corey Davis) so he had opportunities to take Mack early still, but not insane early. I'm all for going after your guy, but there's reaches and then there's head scratchers

Good point on Mack could have hit just as much as Kamara and hunt did tho (1.10 and 2.1 in my league), and then he would have looked like a genius with a crystal ball

My first rookie draft is just finishing up (Barkley did go 1.01) - anyone else have any rookie drafts coming up pre-NFL draft? Please be sure to post here if Barkley does NOT go 1.01. :)

I acquired 1.02 today in a league I acquired 1.01, so obviously I’ll draft Barkley at 1.02
