Seems like a solid trade to me. I would even lean towards Henry a bit. Call me a believer.

Agree with the above posts. You're just not offering enough value with the players/picks proposed. If he wouldn't move Henry for the 1.05 (about what it would take, if not a little bit more) then you could always hope to land Cook with the pick since you've already got Murray and don't seem to mind locking down a backfield.

That would leave you with Fournette or Mixon, Zeke/Seattle/Minnesota. Not a back backfield grouping even if you can't land Henry.

I agree with the other posters that the other offers you mentioned were pretty far off. This offer with Green is more than fair though and that's coming from someone who is very high on Henry. I think you just need to move on. If Green can't get it done even with the 1st coming back from the other side, it's just not worth it. Try to target someone else

Had Henry come out this season he would likely be the 1.01. Make a better offer that isn't insulting the other owner.
If you can't leave at least a 20% tip, you can't afford to eat out.

I am not high on Henry. It looks like plays second fiddle again this year which means he COULD take over the backfield in year 3....most elite guys go into a team and become the number one guy straight away.

However, I am in the minority there. I think it takes a big deal to buy Henry esp as the guy you are trading with is probably looking to get younger at RB. If you want him you been to put an off in as if he is a stud today.
