Put it this way.

Cameron Brate was TE7 in PPR last season with 170 points.
Terrance West was RB23 in PPR last season wiht 169 points.

It's such a low scoring position and can often be filled by waiver wire fodder and low-cost veterans. The best producers at the position will never be worth a kings ransom, unless we're talking a healthy Gronk who produces WR-type numbers.

Kelce is probably worth a mid 1st, though I think all Kelce owners like having certainty at the position rather than having to guess which dog will have its day each season. Kelce is on the cusp of having Gronk-type production if he can get his TD's up. If he does, then he'll be worth a lot more.
