There are more, but that is all I can think of off the top of my head.

I don't see a lot of good targets in there except Devin Thomas. Desean is already too expensive and limas sweed is hosed due to wallace being so good. Morgan might turn it around and may be a free agent in a lot of leagues.

Not that there is ever a time where you shouldn't be looking to buy low on guys, but I remember reading a study that showed that there is a misconception that WR's generally make their biggest strides in Year 3. In actuality, year 2 marks the year when WR's generally see their biggest improvement.

Might be a good time to buy a guy like Mohammed Massaquoi, Kenny Britt, Hakeem Nicks, Jeremy Maclin, Louis Murphy or Austin Collie. (Crabtree and Harvin are too popular to buy low on, I'd imagine)

Exactly. I would still say that Crabtree would be a buy low guy though. I have him as my #1 WR in this class still. Most would have Harvin. But, I have my reasons for not putting Harvin above Crabtree for my long term dynasty rankings. Britt, Maclin and Nicks are all in that same group with Harvin and all of them can be had much cheaper. Buy low now before any of them reach the top 12 next year.

Doug writes for both, so that's probably the right source (Drinen owns PFR and he works for FBG).

I personally like Britt, Nicks, Maclin and Murphy.

Mass and Murph need QBs.

Collie may suffer the most if Anthony Gonzalez comes back strong. That's a good guy to target.
