The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports the Browns are expected to fine Kareem Hunt for his training camp "hold-in" as he seeks a new contract.
This situation looks set to boil over, fellas.

Per Josina Anderson on Twitter:
I’ve been told several times Hunt periodically has said to members of the team informally --he wants to get paid or traded. However, one source emphasized they believe Hunt would like to stay in Cleveland, but just wants to be compensated for his worth.
Get ya popcorn out.

Carolina to reunite with his best bud Baker, and to ease the load of the chronically injured CMC. The same way Hunt's touches keep Chubb fresh, they could keep CMC healthy.

That's why they brought in Foreman. And also why I have him stashed still on my bench to leapfrog Hubbard when CMC goes down.

Granted, I have a Johnson share, but that was the first thought that came to my mind after the Hunt news.

Not sure it'd dramatically alter his dynasty value in the short-term, but it clearly elevates his opportunity for touches IF Hunt moves on. So, Johnson does have more perceived value today than he did a week ago. Use the news to your advantage or hold. He showed well last year. I'm happy with it.

Lots of teams have said that. Pretty sure the Titan said they weren't trading AJB, most recently. Hunt doesn't have much leverage, but I wouldn't take the teams comment as closure on the situation.

Agree.
This could be just the start of them bumping up his price tag. Add a few more camp injuries and you have some more bidders to drive it up even more. Cleveland is in a good spot either way - they can keep him or sell high.

The monster riser here would be Chubb, if this happens. It would be full alarm for the "full Chubb".

I disagree with this. In 7 games last year without Hunt, it looks like Chubb still only totaled 10 catches. Average 94 rush yards per game. While the rush yards may go up a bit, they just don't give him the receiving work. I personally don't think Chubb's workload changes much if they deal Hunt. But I've definitely been wrong before!

My thoughts too. Cleveland can't give Chubb the receiving work because there are always better receiving backs on the roster than him. And they know they can't give him too much of a workload because he'll break down.

Whether Hunt is in Cleveland or not, Chubb's touches will remain the same.

This scenario is dealing the best receiving back BY FAR from Cleveland's roster.

Behind him are: De'ernest Johnson, Jerome Ford, and hybrid player Demetric Felton.
