The ultimate fixer- upper. Help please!

So, I just took over a superflex team (team 2 in my sig) and it is definitely a project, which I must say I love that it is. I do hold Cam and Mariota, so not all is lost. I have 3 1sts this year and 2 1sts in 2017, so I'm thinking I'll have to hit on all of them to begin to contend. I come here today though asking for advice. Do I sell Cam for depth and picks elsewhere? Do I sell some picks for young proven talent? Just kind of looking for another set of eyes and ideas. Thanks in advance!

That team is super young and lacks a proven stud, but...it's a great starting point. I'd keep the picks and just be patient with it (I know you probably don't want to hear that lol) and keep building it up, you have plenty of young guys that could be really good in a year or 2

if you can sell cam for someone like bortles + i would do that....but if i were you i would not look to get older (palmer/brees)

only sell cam if someone is willing to give u an overpay. his value is sky high right now and there is prob someone in your league that really wants him. With that said i would only trade him if the return pieces include one of the good young QB's like bortles, carr, winston, or teddy.

I've started by announcing that Cam is on the trade block and I'm offering 3rd round picks for players with potential like Smelter, Jesse James, just to get trade talks going. This is going to be fun making it my own.

Don't trade your QBs. I'd try to package White and a first for a WR upgrade, but only if I could get a good bargain. Otherwise, just stay the course and go BPA in this draft - maybe pick up a QB with that 1.07 if they go high enough in the NFL draft to warrant a pick that high. Maybe try to bump the 1.03 up to the 1.01 if you can. As is, I could see your team being half-decent this year, maybe even squeak into the playoffs if White and Moncrief prove competent and Ajayi takes the lead role in Miami.

Trade Cam for sure. This is probably the highest his value will ever be and this is the time to sell imo. Plus QB is not the position to focus on. Deal Cam for some young WRs that you like and rebuild the right way.

I would keep Cam unless someone MASSIVELY overpays for him. He's who you can build your team around. Just be patient and you should be able to turn this team around in a year or two.

Nice trade, not really a fan of any of the guys outside of Snead. He is still very undervalued

I like it, too...but I still think Snead sucks, he'll be on the bench next year. I think he's half the player Lance Moore was when we had him all those years.

Yea they could, if I were you I'd try to flip Buck for more, I definitely think you bought him below value.

I don't think he's that great and probably won't be the starter next year, he kind of lucked out this year within the other Baltimore RBs getting hurt and he was all that was left...I'd be trying to sell him or package him with something else for an upgrade.
