Re: Hill for ARob?
Nope.
Arobs value is closer to hill right now, which means yours giving up the 1.09 for west. Easy decline for me.

Re: Hill for ARob?
It depends on the league, team and the league setup but I am leaning towards hill. Even with the inflated ARob hype, I am seeing hill go way before him in startups.
Again, depending on situation, I could easily see Hill as more valuable to a team than ARob + Coleman/DGB

agree to disagree. I'll take the top 10 back, and the original trade...although very close value in a deep draft.knotts4372 wrote:agree with fee fell skee this is an easy decline. arob = hill on his own imo

Re: Hill for ARob?
I'd try to get something other than Terrance Williams back. Obviously, the guts of the deal is Hill for Arob. I love Arob, but Hill is worth more. Try to isolate that part and maybe send back a 2nd instead of a 1st.

I don't think its an EASY decline. Arob's value is made up of hype and speculation which makes me weary of paying a pretty penny for him. I have hill a round above Arob in all formats because of those reasons.
All that being said, I would rather have Arob and abdullah than hill and williams. But in no way do I think it's an EASY decline.

ARob=1.08-1.11
Hill=1.01-1.03+
1.08/1.09<1.01 so adding Twill isn't bad as he still has upside. Give me Hill/Twill

Re: Hill for ARob?
With out knowing all the parameters of the league, I will base my opinion on the standard starting lineup of a PPR league. I will take the Hill side of the deal.
I prefer to have a player who has proven something over hype and speculation.
Hill- had a great 2014 and should be able to at least reproduce the numbers. Cincy did not add anything to take away from his production in the off season. I have him a rb1-low side.
T Williams- Dallas will be completely dependent on the passing game, so he will see a volume of looks. low wr3/ high 4
ARob- I love his potential in PPR, but coming off an injury and stuck in Jax makes me wonder if he will be able to get the looks to become a low wr1. Jax's offensive is better then last year, but how many offensive snaps will they get is a big question. He is more hype then reliable production for me at this point.
1.9- is ALL potential. I did a statistical analysis of the last 5 years for 5 dynasty leagues that i have been in this off season and the math shows about a 50% bust rate for rookies and only around a 10% stud rate for the rookies taken in the 1st round. It is all speculation and hope with rookies in my opinion and at this time of the year the hype gets out of control for some owners.
Like I said, I would take Hill's side, but I don't think it is an easy decline or accept. It's a fair offer, but that is just me.

Re: Hill for ARob?
One of the factors I use in gauging the value of trades is the actual draft position in money start ups. Here are the last two public ones I have seen.
http://football27.myfantasyleague.com/2 ... 74689&O=17
http://football27.myfantasyleague.com/2 ... 67434&O=17
First one Hill 2.4, ARob 4.12
Second one Hill 1.11, ARob 3.7
Sometimes when I look at these I wsh that I had been invited to join. That being said, they can give a look into how the general public is viewing values.

Re: Hill for ARob?
I'm kind of surprised by the consensus being ARob side. Maybe I'm just not high on him (actually that's definitely a factor) but Hill is a young back who's going to get a nice workload. I just don't think we know what we have in ARob, we've seen Hill do it once ( for a full season). I'll take the Hill side, I'd love to not have to worry about a RB1 for a couple of seasons.
