Nuk and Witten or Gronk?

Nuk and Witten or Gronk?

I have an offer on my LH2 league as shown in my sig, where I give up Nuk and Witten and acquire Gronk. Is this a worthwhile deal?
*So far I have drafted Davante Parker, just not added him to my roster yet.

I will be able to extend Gronk to as many year as I want.
