I just made following trade for my team 2 in sig.
I gave my G. Tate and got E.Ebron and S. Vereen.
I still have a lot of good WRs.
I'm planning to ride Graham for few years and see how Ebron and L. Green develop.
I need RB help and thought Vereen might be pretty good in NYG.
Andre Williams is not that good and Jennings is 30 and might get injury again. Vereen is injury prone as well but as long as he's healthy I think he can put #2 RB points.

The other owner wanted either Tate or Floyd. I chose Tate because I still think Floyd has higher ceiling than Tate.

Don't like the trade for you seeing as it is nonppr which will severely limit Vereen's value IMO. Most expert rankings I see have tate in the top 24 for dyno wrs. He's a lot like edleman where his perceived value is less than his ff contributive value. But in the end seeing as you probably didn't start tate too much anyways, it's not going to really hurt your team.

I agree with the above poster, if it was PPR you would have won this trade for sure but since it's not I feel like Vereen will disappear for you most weeks. I would have targeted a different RB but Ebron is a young TE that's still highly thought of so hopefully he pans out. Tate was a monster when Calvin was out/decoy last year so holding him might have been a better idea but you did need to get a RB with your team

I like it, based on your current team needs. You still have very good WRs imo, so it makes sense to try to trade one on the back end. While I agree that you probably could've gotten a slightly better RB than Vereen, I don't know what the other guy had to offer. Plus the points you make about Williams and Jennings are valid - Vereen has a chance for a decent year in that offense if he's healthy. But the real piece is Ebron, who if he lives up to his potential could become a more valuable piece of the Detroit offense than Tate anyway.

Not great just cause in non-PPR Vereen has very little value, especially in that overcrowded Giants backfield. I know Ebron is young but you already have Graham so you basically gave up a WR2 in Tate, who could be playing in your 4WR format, for a TE you wont play and a PPR RB in a non-PPR league. That's why I dont like it. No offense though, we all move in our own directions regardless of whether others understand it.

Not a big fan at all. Actually, I hate it. You traded a young WR2 for an RB4 and a decent TE. Doesn't make sense when you already have Graham and Ladarius. Not a fan at all
