Talent-wise...Yes

BUT I am cautious with him right now. Getting two concussions that close together while the NFL is revamping their policies towards players with concussions makes me nervous. As of now I have at #4 but I am going to keep a close on him and read up more on this.

It makes sense for him to declare. Why get your brains beat in another year for free when you could be doing it and getting paid!!!

If he were to get another concussion in college next year then his draft stock drops.
