T J McDonald

I can get T J Mcdonald for some low draft picks.
Is T J McDonald a starter the comming years? Can he become elite or a good SS?

IMO yes he can be a good SS. Great skills and good pedigree

It depends upon what you mean by low draft picks. I would not include any pick higher than a 3rd for McDonald.
