Well said.Cody wrote:I like Bradshaw as a buy low 1yr guy that could be an impact flex player on a team making a championship run this year, would sell him high immediately at the end of the yr if he finishes the season healthy.pack4life wrote:So, it seems the majority are down on Wilson. If that's the case Bradshaw should be a top 12 RB this year, right? From what I've seen he is ranked about 18 in dynasty and 15 in redraft ppr. Is everyone overvaluing Wilson's presence to cut into BShaw carries this year? Bshaw should be a value pick?????
David Wilson depth chart tidbit?

Re: David Wilson depth chart tidbit?
I think Bradshaw can have great season and be a solid RB2 this year, assuming his feet hold up.
In order to really access his season last year I think it's important to add his Playoff and Superbowl totals.
He played in 16 games last year...one-Dallas was a total wash...and he posted:
931 yards rushing, 50 receptions, 381 yards and 12 tds.
I'm buying that for next year at least.

Bradshaw is a solid RB2 for 2012. He's definitely being undervalued this year. Lots of receptions, lots of TD's, blocks well. Top 20 back this year.
12 team non-ppr, 4 pts passing TD, start 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 WR/RB/TE flex, 20 position players(non K, DST) roster spots

RB- Hall, Hunt, Sanders, Dobbins, Edmonds, Gainwell, Foreman
WR- OBJ, Hopkins, K. Allen, Julio, Diontae J, Sutton, Samuel, J Williams

first post.
2011 2010 2009 2008
Ahmad 159 203 140 52
Jacobs 118 142 138 190
Ware 33
Ward 149
Giants backfield has averaged 331 points per year, with the lead back averaging 52% of the carries. Carrying these numbers into next year, that would project Bradshaw at 173 points (equivalent to 2011s RB14) - while still leaving 158 points on the table to be split between Ware and Wilson. for 2011 I like bradshaw as a buy low candidate RB1/2, and for dynasty see Wilson as a perpetual RB3. With Wilson going in the middle of the first round, he seems like a low-risk pick to contribute as a flex guy for the forseeable future.

Re: David Wilson depth chart tidbit?
Except that I believe Coughlin wants to get away from being dead last in the NFL in rushing. I honestly believe that if Bradshaw didn't have glass feet that he would have had even more carries over the years. Let's face it, the more of Jacobs they had to use the more they probably cringed. Calling Wilson a perpetual RB3 this early seems a little extreme.mattxweltner wrote:first post.

I should have been more clear, I see Wilson as a perpetual RB3 *at worst* - and a steal in the mid 1st.
