Commish help with By Laws

For those who commish leagues on ESPN, Yahoo, Fleaflicker, CBS, and any other site that doesn't allow you space for bylaws. What do you do? They leave you really no space to create by laws. Do you just post it on the message board? Just not have one? I am thinking of starting up a dynasty on Fleaflicker but if I post it on the message board there is no way to sticky it at the top. Just tends to disappear with messages being posted.

I commish a league on ESPN and I set up a Facebook group to post by-laws among other league discussion.

We still use the chatbox I set up on the league website, but the Facebook page seems to get everybody talking and more involved, and it allows you to post rules and by-laws.

Another option you might want to look into is GoogleDocs. That's where I record all the draft picks and trades - the whole league has access to the document.
