Advice needed from PROS Dynasty setup help needed

Hello,

I would like some help in starting a league with me and a few friends. We want to start up our first year this upcoming season. We want to do keepers with a salary cap.

We also want to pick a team to be our D/ST but we also want to get say an extra 5 points if the team wins a game.

My problem is that I cant find any site to start running the points we want. Does anyone know a great site to run our type of fantasy?
Will the site which runs the scoring provide the Salary Cap for each player and the cap itself? We cant find a salary system.

Also which site will allow us to add those extra points if the team wins?
We also want a site that keeps track of past seasons and accomplishments and has keeper options.

Also can you give me advice on how many postions should be drafted including bench players. We were thinking 1 qbs.2 rb, 3 wr, 1 te, 1k, 1 D/st and you can have 5 bench players as backups.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
