I'm really high on Cook this year. I think he has the skill and size to be a consistent top TE in this league.

At the same time, he's success will come with the developmental process of Locker...who i also think has upside.

I also like Rudolph because of his ability but i think the situation is better in Tenn. (and im an FSU alum saying this)
Team 1:12 teams/PPR/20man roster/4round rookie draft/72mill.Sal Cap./52 yr.Cap

I own both and prefer Rudolph by a good margin. Situation doesn't favor either a ton and I think Rudolph is a much more gifted/polished all-around TE.

Seems like a lot of people ended up getting both this year. I have them both and honestly I am not sure who will end up better. As of right now I will probably start Cook week 1 but a lot could change between now and the start of the season.

I like Cook better right now. Locker seemed to love him when he was in the game, so that's a huge plus.

One caveat to this should be that a lot of those targets and receptions with Locker at QB came near the end of halves/games. That's often times where fantasy players make their owners money, so it is not a bad thing. I just wanted to point out that the bulk of Locker-to-Cook connections were on very simple 10 yard seem routes where Cook was standing in open space, not necessarily beating anyone. He certainly can do that but just didn't much in 2011 with Locker.

I prefer Cook's upside, but agree that KR is the more polished all around TE.
Team 1: 10 Team, 4 Keeper League, Non-PPR
QB: Deshaun Watson
RB: Ezekiel Elliott, Leonard Fournette, Kareem Hunt
WR: Julio Jones, Dez Bryant
TE: Rob Gronkowski
