1.01 vs 1.02/Pacheco

Thoughts on which side? Team in sig, 1 QB PPR. Shallow starting rosters.

I like MHJ a lot, but if I had 1.02, I’m taking Nabers. I like Pacheco is a solid RB2 and worry about CMC and Saquon getting injured.

I think Pacheco is undervalued in general and very undervalued in 1QB leagues. It seems like some people get too concerned about what they think Pacheco cannot do, instead of focusing on what he does well.

He's young (25), the undisputed RB1 on an explosive offense, on a team with a QB who does not vulture RZ TDs, is almost always available, and runs strong.

On team 1 in my sig, a 1QB league, Pacheco has helped that team to back-2-back championships. After winning the championship in 2022, I needed to trade for a QB and Pacheco was off-limits. I ended up trading Henry and keeping Pacheco.

With your roster, I'd be okay with you making the trade. I also worry that CMC/Barkley might miss games. Also, we can't accurately predict Jacobs production on a new team, or Zamir's production as a first-time lead RB. I think dropping from 1.01 to 1.02 in 1QB is an acceptable price to pay to acquire a RB like Pacheco.

Solid point, I think it is completely reasonable to bank you can get Rome at 3. I would approach #3 owner about paying up for #1 or a contingency plan to trade for your 2 if you make this trade.

I didn’t love the idea of the trade, but I accepted. Probably go Nabers or trade down for 1.03. Based on Pachecos play, he looks to be ascending.

im not coming off harrison for pacheco personally. and i was one of the more vocal supporters of him heading into year 2 when everyone said cash out for any 2nd. his rookie year or headed into year 2 was the time to buy. coming off 1.01 even just for a 1 spot move should have something rather enticing attached imo. hes prob got this year to work and then they draft another guy next year and hes in a split for 25 and hoping to land in a solid spot for 2nd contract elsewhere
