Do I need either of these offers?

I have 2 offers on the table. This is a Devy league so most of the good rookies are already on teams. Case in point, the top 5 QBs are already on teams.

I give 1.06, 2025 2nd
I get D Watson and DTR, 3.06 and 6.03 (Devy pick)


I get G Kittle 6.03
I give 2.06 and 2025 3rd round pick.

Thoughts?
