Who do you expect to go 1.01? If CW is falling and you need a QB, sure, do it. If not I'd be happy grabbing Nabers or Daniels at 1.04 and keeping my 2nd.

Guy also offered 1.05 and 2.02 for my 1.04 and 2.11 and quickly pulled it. I wonder if he’d still do that ??

Without seeing your roster, I can only answer on value.

IMO - the original deal is good if you don't need a QB. I expect CW/JD to go top-3 in most SF leagues and I want one of them in most cases. I dislike the 2nd deal because I don't especially like the 1.05 (which I have in one league):
Tier One: CW
Tier Two: MHJR/JD
Tier Three: Nabers
Tier Four: Odunze/Maye/JJM - and I see this as a decent drop from Nabers

agree...except the Tier 3 Nabers.
