If you're serious about acquiring him it will probably take at least a late 2nd. The better way to grab a share of him is probably to ask for him as a throw in to a bigger trade.
That said, with the draft being just days away I'd wait and see if Cincy addresses the RB position before targeting Brown.

I like brown and see this guy being the guy to own, dont see Bengals going RB in 2nd or 3rd, but as Pmart with being just a few days away why noy wait aand see for sure . A mid to late 2nd
