Just completed the Rod in a TEP(2.0 per rec)/SF double players and full IDP. I am in full rebuild, no QBs other than Rodgers.
I am getting some players on the block.
Offer 1-05(which really is the 1-02.5) for my Kelce and 1-14(really the 1-07)? More Information needed LMK. I dont care about rosters make up at this point since I just started full rebuild.

Well you need two QBs. Doubt one of the top 3 falls to 1.07 (1.14/2) but definitely have a shot at one at 1.05 (or 1.05/2). So I get the appeal. But such a small move up seems too cheap to sell Kelce. I'd need at least a 2nd on top...

What are the starting positions? Basically 1.07 and kelce for 1.03, values fine but I don’t love it since the 2 point premium makes bowers valuable and 1.07 is likely odunze or qb3.

I would pass. This could be McCarthy/Kelce for Maye/Daniels. While McCarthy is a tier below, he’d still fill the role as a young QB with (presumably) high draft capital, and Kelce still holds good value in that format.
Even if McCarthy is gone, you get access to another QB, Nabers/Odunze, or Bowers. Each is still a nice asset.
Other Kelce options will be available later. I’d pursue those, rather than consolidate them into one (risky) asset, as we know QB prospects are always a risk.
