1.02 or 3 1sts?

This is the place for team advice - should I make this trade, should I draft that player, etc.

Perhaps in the minority opinion but if you’re transitioning in 2025 to SF I’d take the trade and draft like it’s a SF league. Assuming not everyone approaches it the same way you’ll probably get some QBs dropping into that range.

Can you get the vote for 2025 transition before the draft / trade? I just feel nervous about stuff like this not actually happening

I can certainly try to get that approved. Problem is we have a few that do not participate in votes, etc. much. Don’t get me started on them, as I think they need to be replaced, but our commish won’t do it. We’ve tried before and we cannot get 8 votes for it. We’ve gotten close with 7, but can never get 8/12 to pass it.

I want the 1.02 regardless of the SF vote. It's going to net an elite asset in either format. I generally don't want to trade out of an elite asset for just picks. I'd need a proven player instead of one of them to consider this.

1.02 for me as well. In my two leagues that made the jump to SF, all managers drafted exactly as if it were currently SF the year prior, so I wouldn’t bank on too many falling after the big 4 WRs come off the board.

1.7 is viewed as an elite tier in SF. It’s not the super elite top 3, but it’s very solid and better than some random 1st. In most cases I’d chip up but here I like the pieces.

If your league is transitioning to SF in 2025 id probably just keep the 1.02 and take Caleb. Then you're ready for it.

However, if you are having the issues you mentioned with what sounds like white a few owners, then the commissioner really shouldn't be making the transition. You need a whole league to be participating.
Team 1: Players of note
PPR--QB, RBx2, WRx3, TE, Superflex, Flex x2
QBs: Lawrence, Stafford, Bunch of backups
RBs: Ekeler, Kamara, Achane, Dillon, Kelley, Moss, Javonte Williams,Jamaal Williams
WRs: Adams, Hopkins, Waddle, Kirk, JSN, Boyd, OBJ, Hyatt, Osborn
TEs: Kelce, Hockenson, Taysom,

and then a few minor players and rookie stashed on taxi

Less than thrilled with Nabers landing spot, because of the QB, but he will be peppered with targets. Is he still 1.02 here (assuming MHJ goes 1.01 and not Williams)?

We are also currently voting on SF for this year or next. It's hard getting everyone to vote, so right now the vote is 4-1 in favor of waiting until 25.

With the landing spot, would you consider the trade now, or keep 1.02 and take Nabers (or someone else)?
