Yearly GEDL Early Rookie Draft

Hi friends,

I'm just reaching out to let those who care and follow the GEDL draft thread every year, that we will now be holding the draft a week earlier. So, instead of two weeks before the NFL draft like we've done the past thirteen years, we will now be drafting three weeks before the NFL draft. The GEDL draft will begin on Friday, April 5th. The change is because we started GEDL2 Superflex last summer and will also draft before the NFL draft and slot into the old two-week prior slot that GEDL1 used to use. I didn't want both drafts happening simultaneously and I also wanted the OG GEDL to draft first.

GEDL2 is a 12-team SUPERFLEX league so this draft will be an early Superflex draft following the same format as GEDL1. The GEDL2 rookie draft will begin on April 12th.

Now that brings me to my reason for this post. Would you guys like me to share the GEDL2 Early Superflex rookie draft like I have GEDL1 for over a decade? If so, would you like the Superflex version of the draft to be in a different thread or just tack it onto the GEDL1 thread? Or, do you not care about either lol. Let me know what you'd like me to do.

OK, it sounds like people want two separate threads, so that's what I'll do. I'll come back around Wednesday (April 3rd) and start a clean thread for the GEDL 1 draft with links to make it easy to follow. The draft starts Friday in the early afternoon on April 5th. and then a week later I'll start another thread for the Superflex draft. Thanks for the kind feedback, everyone!
