Teams that drafted Miller probably did so with roughly the 2.03, ish. Unless they've soured on him, offer A is probably not going to be enough to pry him. Conversely if someone made offer A to you, I would advise to hold Miller at that price. Even though with rumors of Michael Thomas's release (or is it official by now?), it seems less likely they would move on from Kamara at this time. (I will admit this is complete speculation on my part!)
