Mims / Dotson is a bit of a wash (I'd rather have Mims). And McLaurin isn't really a difference-maker. Neither is Jones anymore. And you're taking on roster spots / roster cloggers.
I suppose if Jones and McLaurin really are absolutely the definite two missing pieces, then sure. But I can't imagine that's the case in March. You have time to move Richardson / picks / players in July, September, November if needed to fill holes. Right now, I'd keep the one (potentially) elite asset and the roster spots.

As hard as it is to get value for QB in a 1QB league, I'm passing on this deal. Not one of the players coming back is someone I'm excited to put in a starting line-up.
I'm in on AR. So if it was me I'd shop Lamar. I'd expect to get back a more compelling surefire weekly starter plus an emergency QB like Baker or Carr or whatever.

That's quantity over quality. No chance I accept that offer. That being said, if you feel comfortable at QB I would shop that offer around to other team's to see what other people do to beat it. I bet you'd get a significant upgrade on that offer from someone else

At the end of last season (just before the playoffs started in my league) I traded AR, a 2024 3rd, and a 2025 1st for Jaylen Waddle.
Depending on your feeling of your team you could use him like a 1st in an offer- just trying to give you another way to look at him.
