Keeper league end of year meeting tomorrow any new rule/scoring ideas?

So my 35 year old, ten team keeper league is having our first owners meeting in about three or four years and I’m looking for some ideas to spice it up a little bit. I’m not the commish but would like some cool ideas to throw out and see how the votes go on them. We are:

-non PPR
- non superflex
-keep 9 players per year plus one developmental rookie you can carry over as your tenth keeper the following year
-start two IDP players per week, can be any two IDP positions (two safeties, two lbs, 1 DE/1CB, whatever)
-2 divisions, five teams each division
-top two each division makes playoffs
- head to head
-round one playoffs one week, Super Bowl goes two weeks
-Can trade current or future draft picks
-15 round draft after keepers are determined mid august, draft is Labor Day weekend


Basically the league is going well but any ideas to spice it up that aren’t too radical I would love to hear and possibly propose tomorrow

35 years and going well. I don't think you need to spice anything up.

My only suggestion would be to bump league fees up by 10% and let the winner choose a charity to donate that 10% to at end of season.

I would get rid of the 2 divisions and make 1 10 team division. Top 3 teams by record and 4th by most points for (not already in the top 3). I do like the charity idea too from Bloom
