It's a great time to buy Mahomes. If you're going from bad QBs to Mahomes, that's a huge leap in a 16 team league.

If your other QB is a not-old T6QB, I think it's okay to consider the trade if MHJr is your target. But you should receive a + in addition to 1.02
If your other QB is Mayberry/Stafford/Howell, you should not consider this move.

Based on your other QBs if you are a contender now and in the next couple of years, Mahomes is a big add and this could be acquiring low of sorts based on the number of teams.
