Rice has mittens, they were one of his greatest strengths in college. His drops are concentration drops because he's looking to run after the catch (part of the reason he's so good after the catch).

I thought the same myself but had a change of heart and put him in all my line ups where I have him, he may turn the tide on several games I was thinking I would lose!

Only took 12 weeks....Total coincidence when he finally got a full snap share, KC posts their first WR1 performance of the season.

He likely wasn't good enough to have a full snap share earlier. It takes a lot coming from somewhere like LA Tech, to learn and Andy Reid offense, and be proficient in all of it enough to earn that. It took him all off season and 3/4's of the season, but he got there. If he was ready to have a huge snap share earlier, no doubt Andy would have used him more. He's what everybody was hoping Skyy would be.

I am an absolutely against the babying of QBs. Bring in competition, whatever. But being benched like 10x has to be terrible for a qb mental. You can’t go out there and play like you need to if one mistake you’re worried about getting benched. Playing scared isn’t going to work.
