Lawrence has been a big disappointment this year but I still think he is a hold here if this is a 12 or more team format. Nacua has cooled and the the nearest 1st being late, makes this unappealing to me. I get the concern and frustration with Lawrence lately though.
You also have nothing behind Lawrence long term. Risky to bank on Minshew as a starter next year and Hooker will likely never be enough in fantasy. I think you are setting yourself back here and taking on all the risk.

Regardless of the value, I'd be extremely hesitant to move a QB off that roster in a deal that doesn't have one coming back.
Side note: this week is kind of critical IMO for Puka. GS is right that he's had a rough go of things but I believe that is tied to Stafford.
