Thanks all. It's weird. There were at least three teams that could have outbid me. Maybe they all think they need the money to compete. I'm in the "nice" position of basically tanking so it was easy to blow the full wad.

For sure. I don't get it. I almost picked him in the 6th round of the start-up two months ago.
Anyway - if this nonsense is going to happen, at least I want to be the beneficiary!
