If you are looking for points right away it is clearly Jones and I think dynasty value is close enough to go that way but if you can fill in for now I feel Campbell has a better chance at long term value. League depth will play a role here though as in shallower leagues I would rather just take the guy producing now figuring I can always find something on waivers so the long term means nothing. In a deeper league where an every down starter has solid value I would lean campbell
