Dameon Pierce or Rachaad White PPR

Who would you rather have for 2023 season? Seems like both offenses are going to be towards the bottom of the league, and both QBs also bottom tier (well to be fair to Stroud he COULD turn out great but we know the Bucs QBs aren't)...but could we also see these RBs benefit from dump offs? Who would you want between these 2?

I would gamble on White because he seems like he will catch more balls or at least get more targets through the air.

Redraft I want Pierce. Full PPR makes it closer and I do love Rachaad, but would still lean Pierce
