1.08 Frustration

1QB PPR TEP $250 cap. More or less a rebuild but can happen quickly due to FA in salary cap leagues. Team is in need of players at all positions except TE. Strongest at RB (CMC/Gibbs) and TE (Andrews). Weak at QB (Carr) and lacking WR depth (Chase, Dotson and no other starting caliber players). This is a devy league so the pool of rookies is different than usual.

Team has the 1.08 (1.07 is OTC). Options below.

Assuming Charb is there, I think he's the clear choice. If he isn't does anyone want to take Richardson over a dart throw at a devy WR? Take a lesser '23 RB? Or a dark horse selection of Judkins or Williams?

Charb - BPA. Not a position of need. But would make a nice RB3

Richardson - Clearly the next BPA. Position of need but QB is depressed in value in 1QB. FA pool is fairly rich. Herbert or Hurts plus Dak, Tua, Cousins, D. Jones and A.Rod should all be available to bid on. Team has cap to win one of those guys easily

'23 WR - the best available are Mims, Mingo, Reed and Rice. There's nothing exciting here and it feels like a reach

Judkins - BPA devy RB. 2025 eligibility makes him more risky than other devy picks

Achane - size scares me but it's an exciting option

Miller/Roschon/Spears - reaches

Devy WR - Worthy, Nabers, Odunze, etc. Pick your poison as these guys are risky at this part of the draft. Nabers seems like the "safest" bet - solid player, pedigree and size. Worthy scares me because of how thin he is. I expect all three to be fringe first round NFL selections

Caleb Williams - just throwing it out there. Feels like Richardson would be a better pick in 1QB

Charb for me. Might as well go with the RB with draft capital on a team that always values the run game, whose main competition often(?) gets dinged up beyond my comfort level.

Looks like you'll be able to get a QB upgrade elsewhere.

The only other serious option for me would be Judkins, but honestly I don't have much of a feel for devy and the hit-rate for guys two-years out. But if there's a chance he's a real RB1, I'd rather take a chance at that than any of the '23 WRs you listed.

Maybe he's not. Feels more like a 1/2 turn guy to me. But the devy thing complicates that somewhat.
