I think the value on paper is pretty solid but as with most Watson deals, this only works in your lineup if he gets back to being elite. That is up in the air and a big if for me. Value...yes but overall, I would pass. This is also acquiring Fields on last year's ceiling.

Very risky but I have seen Watson playing really well in camp, and I like Fields a lot in FANTASY, the key here is longevity. I took the Watson/Fields side, but you better start looking for a third and fourth QB soon.

I'm taking Mahomes. Fields needs drastic improvement this year or he's not likely a long term starter. Watson looked bad last year. Sure, you COULD have 2 QB1's for a long time with this, but Mahomes is an all time great just entering a QB's traditional prime.

This is where I’m stuck, I get people saying I’m in a rebuild but this team was the second highest scoring team last year and got second. Mahomes scores so much it’s hard to tank plus with the JJ, AJB, Wilson and Hock. I’ve trade trading one of those for a QB but with the Qb bonuses I couldn’t even land a JJ for Lamar. Personally this comes down to how the league values qbs. Value on paper this is easily the pair for me, you’re trading startup 1.01 for 2 startup 1sts, but I’m so low on fields I would have to know I could flip him for at least close to value.

As I stated earlier due to the QB bonuses the QB are impossible to get. I floated the idea of JJ for Lamar and was quickly shot down and I’m not ever sure I’d do that. It’s extremely difficult to buy in this league.
